Select your profile button at the top-right corner of the app, select Settings, then select Your subscription on the left menu bar.
On the panel with your current plan, select the Change plan button.
You will be directed to the pricing page, where you can choose a new subscription plan.
After selecting your new choice, you can compare your current plan to the new one before making a final decision.
If all is good, proceed to downgrade your plan. On your billing page, you should see the upcoming downgrade labeled as Pending.
If you change your mind, you can simply click on the Cancel request button.

Switching your subscription from an annual plan to a monthly plan is considered a downgrade, which will also take place at the end of your billing period.
If you have any remaining credits (legacy plans) as your downgrade takes effect, they will not roll over to the next plan.
When you downgrade your subscription to a lower plan with fewer organizational seats, any excess members on the new plan will be deactivated, and their status will be changed to Inactive. They won’t be able to operate on your Surfer account anymore.
However, you can remove active members and switch them with inactive members that you want to have access to your organization.
To do so:
Navigate to the People section in Settings.
Select the ellipsis button next to an active member that you’d like to remove from your organization. Select Remove.
Do the same to an inactive member that you’d like to enable on your account, but select Activate on the ellipsis drop-down menu instead.
Legacy plan users cannot downgrade their subscriptions, while plan features like White Label or API are available only if they were part of the current legacy plan.
Any plan changes will be done according to the current pricing and plans. If you need to change your subscription, please reach out to the support team via chat or at [email protected] for help.
White label is available on our Enterprise subscription plan.
API is available on Peace of Mind and Enterprise subscription plans. If you’ve already subscribed to a plan like that, contact our support team to get your API key.
