Surfer add-ons are additional tools that you pay for separately that aren't part of the standard packages.

Currently, the add-ons we have available for purchase are:

  1. Audit

  2. SERP Analyzer

  3. White-label

  4. Surfer API

How can I buy Surfer Add-ons?

You can purchase add-ons from the dashboard of the tool you would like to add through "Buy add-ons".

Is there a plan that includes all of the Add-ons?

Currently, we do not offer a plan that includes all of the Add-ons, but we will be happy to set up a custom plan for you if you're interested in that. Simply click Contact Sales under Custom on our Pricing Page, and our Sales team will reach out to you!

While Audit is considered an Add-on for Essential, it is included in the base subscription of Scale and Scale AI, meaning that it does not have to be purchased separately!

How will I be charged for the Add-ons?

Subscriptions and add-ons are paid for separately. You will receive a separate invoice for your add-on purchase every month on the date you purchased the add-on. Please note that the billing date for add-ons and subscriptions may vary depending on when you first purchased each. When you purchase add-ons separately, we will reset the billing date for the add-ons based on the most recent add-on purchase.

What happens to my Add-ons when I cancel my subscription?

When you cancel your subscription, your add-ons will remain active until they also cancel at the end of their billing period. However, please keep in mind that you need to have an active subscription to use add-ons.

Can I purchase Add-ons if I'm on a Legacy plan?

If your plan has been purchased before May 17, 2023, Add-ons are not available for you in the pay-as-you-go system.

If you're on Advanced (legacy), you can still purchase any add-on you need.

Can I purchase an Add-on multiple times?

No. At the moment, you can only purchase a specific add-on for your subscription plan once. You will not be able to purchase the same add-on multiple times in the same billing period.

Can I cancel my Add-ons?

Yes! You can schedule your add-ons to be removed from your billing page. For more information about how to remove or manage your add-ons, you can refer to our "How to manage downgrades and add-ons" article.
