How can I change my billing details?

Updated over a week ago

How to change the address?

Most parts of your address such as your company name, address, city and the ZIP code can be changed directly from the dashboard. Simply navigate to Settings > Billing Details and update the data there. The next issued invoice will be issued for the updated information.

You can also change the billing e-mail* and default payment method from this dashboard.

πŸ’‘ The Billing Details section is only available for the owner and admins of the account - regular members will not be able to access it. If you're looking for this section and you are logged in as a member of the account, you will need to request admin permissions from the account owner.

πŸ§• To check your current role in the organization, navigate here.

*Billing e-mail is the e-mail address we will send the invoices to - it is not the login e-mail.

How to change the country or Tax ID?

If you'd like to add, change or remove the VAT ID associated with your account or you'd like to change the billing country, you will need to reach out to our Support Team via [email protected].

For country changes, make sure to provide the full new address - the street, the city and the ZIP code must match the country.

For the VAT ID changes, before proceeding with the update, we may check the number in VIES, GOV.UK or other similar systems depending on your location, as well as ask you to provide information regarding any incomplete or mismatching parts of the address.Β

πŸ’‘ For the customers from EU countries, a valid VAT ID is required in order to apply the reversed charge on the transactions. Without a valid VAT ID, EU customers will be charged VAT accordingly with the billing country VAT rate.

Updating data on existing invoice
