The Inbox is where you’ll find personalized alerts related to your connected sites:
Notifications like “Rank drop detected” if one of your pages loses visibility for 7+ days.
Helpful nudges to revisit or re-optimize underperforming content.
🌐 Sites
The Sites section is your command center for managing domains and their visibility:
View connected domains and their GSC performance.
Monitor impressions, clicks, and keyword drops over time.
Get SEO suggestions or performance alerts automatically.
🧭 Page Logo Shortcut: Right below the Sites tab, you'll see a project icon. Clicking this brings you directly to the last opened Sites project, saving time.
✍️ Write
Here you’ll access your writing tools:
Content Editor: Create SEO-optimized articles from scratch or import existing ones.
AI Writer: Generate full articles based on keyword and template input (available via Content Editor).
Organize and manage all your content queries in folders and tag them as needed.

The Tools section gives you access to all remaining Surfer features:
Audit – Review and fix content on existing pages.
Topic Research – Discover subtopics and content gaps for better authority.
Keyword Research – Analyze keyword metrics and intent.
SERP Analyzer – Deep-dive into SERPs for a specific keyword.
Rank Tracker – Monitor keyword positions over time.
AI Tracker (BETA) – Track LLM positioning of your brand for key queries.
AI Humanizer – Review & rewrite AI-generated text to sound more human with just one click.
🔍 Search
Use the Search icon to find anything across the app:
Quickly navigate to tools, purchase options, team members, and more.
It works just like a command center—type what you need and go.
❓ Help Center
Clicking the Help icon opens access to:
Product updates and what's new.
Live chat with the Surfer support team.
A history of your past conversations and tickets.
⚙️ Settings
Under Settings, you’ll find:
Organization settings (General, Members).
Billing (Your plan, Invoices, Usage, Billing details).
Tool-specific settings (Content Editor, Custom Voices).
Integrations like Search Console and WordPress.
Your personal account settings (Profile, Notifications, Masterclass).
👤 Profile Picture
Clicking your profile icon allows you to:
Switch between different Surfer organizations you belong to.
Access organization-specific workspaces.
