Click on Your Org and select Settings then select âYour Planâ (or click here to be taken directly to this page)
After that, click on âCancel subscriptionâ in the bottom-right corner.

Make sure to follow the cancellation path all the way through. Once you complete the form, you should see a pop-up notification confirming that your plan is scheduled for cancellation.
After that, check whether you can see the âReactivateâ button and the information showing how long your plan will remain active.
If the usual method isn't working, send an email or use live chat to request help with cancellation.
