How can I cancel my subscription?

While you can't exactly pause a subscription on Surfer, you can always cancel it if you decide you don't want to renew it for another billing period or if you need to step out for a while.


When you cancel your subscription on your dashboard, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period (month or year).

Here’s what you need to do to cancel your subscription:

  1. Click on Your Org and select Settings then select “Your Plan” (or click here to be taken directly to this page)

  2. After that, click on “Cancel subscription” in the bottom-right corner.

3. You will be asked to confirm the cancellation in a 2-step pop-up window.

Voilà! Your account will not be charged for the next month/year, and you’ll be able to use all the tools until the end of your current billing period.
