If you feel like Surfer is no longer necessary for your organization, or if you need a break, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
When you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle (month or year, depending on your plan).
You can’t pause your subscription on Surfer. The only way to stop a renewal is to cancel it entirely.
Log in to your account, expand the profile drop-down at the top-right corner of the app, and select Settings.
Navigate to Billing > Your subscription. The Cancel subscription option is available in the bottom right corner of this section.
You will be asked to confirm the cancellation in a pop-up window.
Voilà! Your account will no longer renew automatically, and you can use all the tools until the end of your current billing cycle.
Make sure that you are logged in as an admin or the owner of the account. Regular account members will not have access to this section.
If your account is managed by someone else, reach out to them to schedule the cancellation or ask them to grant you Admin permissions.
If you do not see this option, your account is most likely scheduled to be canceled already.
