If you experienced a bouncing cursor in the Content Editor here are a bunch of ways to deal with it.
You may experience bouncing cursor if two people are editing the same draft at the same time.
To ensure your work won't get lost, Surfer is saving the content editor in real-time, as you write. If multiple users are editing a draft, the connection switches from one person to another, to ensure we are saving the most up-to-date version.
This can cause the appearance of a bouncing cursor.
We do not recommend collaboration in the Content Editor. Let your writer do the job and then tweak it or move to Google Docs with our Chrome Extension.
