I Can't Find a Specific Backup in Version History

If you can’t find a specific Content Editor backup, don’t worry. There are two actions we can take:

1. We save your drafts in our online database and browser cookies. If a draft is missing, please try opening it from the hardware/machine and browser you used to edit it with previously.

2. If you lost your written content, contact us via chat or email ([email protected]).
   
   What we will need from you to restore your content: Please attach the URL address of the Content Editor in question, and mention the approximate word count and/or time you finished editing (GMT+0).
