If the SEO mode option is not showing on your end, please first make sure that everything has been set up correctly:
Confirm that you have an active subscription on both Jasper and Surfer. Remember, free plans are not included in integrations!
Log in on both platforms to ensure your session is active. You can open a tab for Surfer and a new tab for Jasper.
Ensure your browser is up-to-date; the integration will not work with the Brave browser. We recommend using Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
Verify the Surfer SEO toggle is active like below:
You may also need to check if you have any pop-up blockers enabled for your browser – if yes, you won't be able to use Surfer in Jasper properly, so you may need to disable those.
A VPN can also cause the integration not to work properly. We recommend disabling it and checking if that helps.

The connection between Jasper and Surfer relies on cookies which allow us to validate access to the integration. Depending on the browser you're using, the next steps are slightly different.
Chrome users:
If you're using Chrome, you need to make sure 3rd party cookie blockers are deactivated by toggling on the "Allow all cookies" option.
Alternatively, you can add Surfer and Jasper to your exceptions list by following the steps here under "Allow or block cookies for a specific site".
Firefox users:
You will need to enable Standard cookies settings. Here’s how to access cookie settings in Firefox.
Safari users:
If you are using Safari, please make sure that the “Prevent cross-site tracking in Safari on Mac” is disabled. Here you can find a step-by-step guide on how to do this.
Brave users:
If you're using the Brave browser, note that it has built-in pop-up shields, which won't let Jasper get to know that you're logged in to your Surfer account - the integration will not work with this browser.
