Who can take advantage of the trial?
If you are signing up for the first time, you can take advantage of the free trial.
Unfortunately, users who previously had a subscription do not qualify for a free trial. Similarly, if you’ve participated in a free trial with Surfer in the past, you won’t be eligible for another free trial.Will the plan I choose impact my trial experience?
No. The trial covers core Surfer solutions (Content Editor, Keyword Research, and Audit), regardless of which subscription plan you choose upon signup.
Which tools will I have access to in the free trial? How many credits will I have in my trial plan?
You will have access to the Content Editor, Keyword Research, and Audit, with one free credit for each. If you need access to the other tools or more credits, you need to purchase a full subscription.
Why do you need my credit card for a free trial?
Surfer requires a credit card to be on file for validation purposes and to ensure a seamless transition into your subscription, if you decide to continue past the free trial.
What happens after the 7 days?
The trial plan will automatically change to the full subscription at full price unless you cancel before the end of the trial.
Can I cancel my free trial before the plan renews?
Yes! You can cancel the trial before your plan renews through your billing page.
What if I want to start the full plan before the 7 days end?
You can purchase a full plan immediately through your dashboard via the "Start subscription now" option.
