This metric shows the ratio of search volume to organic traffic generated through keywords.

Relevance is a much better metric to find keywords worth tackling than Search Volume. It shows highlight keywords that bring real traffic to the pages that are ranking on them.

You will find the Keyword Relevance in the Common Ranked Keywords tab in SERP Analyzer.
