No. You can keep your current plan as long as you want. However, if you cancel your subscription, you won’t be able to go back to the old one.
Why did you decide to change your pricing?
Two main reasons. The old pricing was too complicated, which made it hard to decide which plan to choose. The new pricing will also help us to keep the pace of product innovation so that you can expect a lot of new great stuff in the coming months.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my subscription from one legacy plan to another?
Yes, but you can do that only once (The restoration of an old plan counts towards that one time-limit change, so it won’t be possible to make any further changes within the legacy line). Reach out to our support team for assistance.
What is a legacy plan?
Legacy plans are subscriptions created before the new pricing release. You can keep it as long as you want.

Pricing changes are extremely sensitive for the business and need to be done with great care. To avoid big-time failures, we had to start small. However, we don’t rule out the possibility of adding pay-as-you-go in the future.
Will every query I create have NLP enabled if I stay on my old Pro, Business, or Business Plus plan?
Yes. If you stay on one of those plans, NLP will be always on for every query you create.
Will every query I create have NLP enabled if I stay on my old Hobby or Basic plan?
I have NLP credits from the giveaway or other promotion, what will happen with them?
We have good news! For Basic or Hobby users who gained NLP credits through Giveaway or any other way, NLP will be always on for each new query. You don’t have to worry about the lack of NLP anymore.

Is it still OK to share an email and password with my colleagues?
Yes. You can still share an email and password with your colleagues and work at the same time from one account. If you’re a Pro (or higher) subscriber you can use organizations for convenience and safety, but of course, you can keep your old habits without any restrictions.
I am a white-label user, does the new pricing change anything to me?
No, you can continue using white-labeling like you used to.
Can I have organizations (and invite team members) if I stay on a legacy plan?
Yes! Organizations are available in the Pro plan and higher.
Does the organization owner count towards members limit on a given plan?
No, only "regular" members count.
