Our Free Content Optimization MasterClass 2025 contains 18 lessons divided into 4 modules, from the fundamentals to the more technical components, to take your SEO optimization skills to the next level.
We strategically designed and structured the modules considering the needs of two general segments.
CMOs and Marketing leaders: Module 1 is enough to better understand SEO and its value by learning crucial components without becoming too technical.
Writers and Specialists: You’ll use this course to become an indispensable asset to your team, company, or clients.
Getting Access to the Course
Access to the Masterclass is free for everyone! This includes your organization’s owner and all team members. You can open the course in-app by going to Settings → Billing → Masterclass.
How to enroll?
The new masterclass is hosted on a separate platform, so the first step is to create an account. Here is how:

Sign up for a new account. The course is hosted on an external platform so your Surfer login isn't automatically assigned as your information, but if you already have an account with Surfer, feel free to use the same credentials to register.

How can I get the certification?
All you have to do is complete the final exam with at least 17 points.
Is it necessary to complete the course to get the certification?
No, you can jump directly to the final exam if you already have this knowledge.
How many tries do I get for the exam?
You can try one time every 24 hours.
I’ve passed the exam. When will I get my certification?
Certificates are automatically generated and are issued once a week.
What languages are available for the course?
Our masterclass is currently available for two languages: English and Spanish.
I’m not getting the 2FA code. What can I do?
2FA codes are usually delivered immediately, but sometimes it can take a little longer. Please make sure to review these key points:
