FAQ

I have a legacy plan. Can I take advantage of the discounts?

While you can keep your legacy plan, past perks, and discounts for as long as you want, to take advantage of the Black Friday 2024 deal, you'll have to choose one of our new plans. Please remember that we cannot restore your previous legacy plan once you upgrade to the new pricing.

I already have a discount on my current plan. Can I sum it up with the BF discount?

Unfortunately, discounts don't stack up. That means upon activating a plan with our current Black Friday discount, you'll have to give away your current discount.

Do discounts apply to add-ons as well? (Rank Tracker, additional Auto-Optimize credits, additional Humanizer word limit, etc.)

The 30% discount applies to new subscriptions and/or upgrades to the current Essential and Scale yearly plans. We also offer discounted Surfer AI bundles for up to 52% off. The prices of all other add-ons remain unchanged and are not discounted during this year's Black Friday event.

How long will my discount last? Can I keep it if I change the plan in the future?

The discount has no expiration date, but you can follow a few rules to keep it as long as possible. Your discount will apply to all future renewals, but canceling or downgrading the plan will remove it without possibly reactivating it.

However, if you upgrade your plan, the discount will carry over! For example, Essential yearly users can keep the discount by upgrading to Scale yearly!

How many times can I win in the Game?

You can win a maximum of two times: once in the daily giveaways and once in the final draw of winners. From November 27th to December 4th, we'll give away 12 prizes daily, and one lucky winner will win the main prize on December 5th.

How will I know if I'm one of the winners?

If you are one of the winners, you should receive an email from our Team! We will also post winners on our social media—Surfer's Facebook Group, LinkedIn, and X! If you see your screenshot among the winners but do not receive an email from us, please contact [email protected] for assistance.

Shipping physical rewards may take about 21 days, while adding perks to your account may take about 7 days.

Can I still buy standalone AI credits for the same discounted rate?
