1. Who receives the emails?
Emails are sent directly to project creators of Content Audit and Topical Maps.
If there are different creators for Content Audits and Topical Maps for the same GSC site, both will receive the same emails with combined recommendations.
2. What’s included?
Each email will contain recommendations from both Content Audit and Topical Map projects for the specified GSC site and location.
3. How to activate Surfer Recommendations?
To activate the digest emails, you need to create a Content Audit and/or Topical Map. After that, the emails will be automatically sent every week.
For best results, we suggest connecting your GSC to Surfer and creating both a Content Audit and a Topical Map.
4. When will the emails be sent out?
Emails are scheduled to be sent on the same day of the week that the Content Audit or Topical Map project was created. So, if you started a Content Audit on a Wednesday, you’ll get updates every Wednesday. 🗓️
5. What if a creator leaves?
If a creator is deactivated or removed, the emails will automatically go to the organization owner.
If the organization owner also churns, all Surfer Recommendations emails will stop.
