Are you looking for an all-in-one tool to provide more targeted, actionable insights into your keywords?
With daily keyword tracking and weekly reports, you’ll always have a clear view of your SEO performance. Rank Tracker automatically monitors the main keywords from your top-performing pages and delivers actionable insights.
This focused approach saves considerable time, especially when dealing with hundreds of keywords, by eliminating the need for constant back-and-forth filtering. Additionally, Rank Tracker provides competitive insights—it not only tracks our performance but also reveals who else is ranking nearby, who's gaining, and who's losing. This allows us to understand our competitors' movements and make informed decisions more effectively.

Step 1: Request Access
First, navigate to the Rank Tracker home tab, then click "Contact Support to get access".
You will then be directed to the support chat window, where you can share which package you would like us to set up for you.
Our Rank Tracker packages are billed monthly at:
200 keywords for $17
500 keywords for $34
1000 keywords for $66
Step 2: Start a project
Once you have access, you can start your first project. Simply start by:
Clicking "New Rank Tracker project".
Give your project a unique name.
Enter the URL you want to track. You can track a single URL or your entire domain.
Enter the keywords you want to track and give the dashboard some time to finish loading.
Finally, select your target country, and crawler (Desktop or Mobile) and click "create project".
Note: The keyword daily use rate is starts to reset every day at 00:00 UTC.
Examples of 200 keyword-package:
You can delete and add back up to 200 keywords per day.
If you start a new project with 200 keywords then remove 100 keywords on the same day, you are only actively tracking 100 keywords, but you still need to wait for the daily refresh to add the remaining 100 keywords to track.
If you start a new project with 200 keywords and then remove the 200 keywords from the project, you are currently tracking 0 keywords, but you have used your daily limit. You need to wait for the daily refresh to add more keywords.
Understanding the Rank Tracker dashboard
When you open the project, you should see a table with the following parameters:
Rank
The current Google rank in the SERPs.
SERP Features
This will show you which SERP features are present in the results for that keyword and whether your website is featured in them.
Featured snippets: Short excerpts of text that answer specific questions, often displayed at the top of the SERP.
Knowledge panels: Boxes that provide in-depth information about people, places, things, and organizations, including images, links, and other relevant data.
Image packs: Carousels of images related to the search query.
Local packs: Maps and listings for businesses and other places near the user's location.
Video carousels: Rows of videos related to the search query.
Shopping results: Product listings from online retailers.
If the icon is blue, it means that the SERP feature is present in the SERPs, but you are not the featured URL.
If the icon is green, it means that the SERP feature is present in the SERPs, and you are the featured URL in that feature.
1d, 7d, 30d, Life
Here, we show the number of positions that have moved up or down compared to the start value. If it has not been 7 or 30 days since the keyword was added, nothing will show up in those columns yet.
For instance, if a keyword had no ranking 7 days ago but is now ranked 75, it means there has been a rank change of 25 positions. We use the same method to compare current data with data from 30 days ago, etc.
CPC/USD
This is the average cost an advertiser pays for the keyword with every ad click in the last 30 days for the country selected at the search engine level.
Keyword Last Updated
The date the keyword was either added or refreshed. We start refreshing Keywords every day at 00:00 UTC.
URL
The URL column will show if a page is ranking for the keyword e.g./ranking-page-name.

Why is the rank different in Google vs Rank Tracker?
Why is the rank different in Google vs Rank Tracker?
Data is stored in multiple Google Data Centers around the world. When you do a manual search, you get randomly assigned to one data center, and you will get the results from that data center. Other factors include personalized results, location IP, the device used, and the time you ran the search.
